Wayne McConnell built the SuperSpeed app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Wayne McConnell and is intended for use "as is."

SuperSpeed is a speedometer and trip-recording application. To function correctly, the app requires access to your device's location services (GPS).

• Foreground Location: The app uses your precise location data in real-time while the app is actively running on your screen to calculate your current speed, top speed, average speed, and travel distance.
• Trip History: We record sequential location coordinates (breadcrumbs) of your path during a recording session. This data is processed and stored entirely on your local device to generate your trip history and is not uploaded to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the third-party service providers used by this app:

• Google Play Services: Used for core device functionality and location processing.
• Google Maps: Used to render and display your saved routes within the application history.

Log Data

Whenever you use the Service, in a case of an error in the app, data and information (through third-party products) is collected on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely to fix bugs and improve performance.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
